This Privacy Policy explains how Intercontinental K9 ("ICONK9," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit our website or submit a form to request an evaluation, training, or consulting services. We operate two campuses — our Training Campus in Nokesville, Virginia, USA, and our PatiLee Campus in Sarıyer, İstanbul, Türkiye — and this policy applies to both.

Information We Collect

When you submit a contact or evaluation form on this site, we may collect:

• Owner information — name, phone number, email address, city, household details, and how you heard about us.
• Dog information — name, breed, age, gender, spay/neuter status, acquisition history, and living situation.
• Health information — vaccination status, known health conditions, and past surgeries or operations, where you choose to share it.
• Behavior information — a description of the current situation, training history, and any safety-related incidents you disclose.

We do not collect payment information through this website. Any deposits or payments related to training programs are arranged directly and separately from the forms on this site.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you submit to:

• Prepare for and conduct your evaluation call or consultation;
• Recommend the appropriate training path for your dog;
• Communicate with you about scheduling, programs, and follow-up care;
• Maintain internal records relevant to your dog's training and health history during your engagement with us.

How Forms Are Processed

Our contact and evaluation forms are delivered to our inbox using FormSubmit, a third-party form-processing service. Submitted information is transmitted securely and is not used by that service for advertising.

Text Messaging (SMS)

If you opt in to text messages, we use your mobile number solely to send service-related notifications such as evaluation appointment confirmations, training schedule reminders, and updates about your dog's program. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding the messaging platform providers that deliver the messages on our behalf. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.

Cookies & Analytics

We use Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to understand how visitors use this site — which pages are read, and whether visitors use the contact form, WhatsApp, phone links, or the on-site FAQ assistant. These tools set their own cookies. We do not use advertising or remarketing cookies, and we do not sell this data. The Google Maps embeds on our Contact page may also set cookies when loaded, governed by Google's own privacy policy. You can control or block cookies through your browser settings.

Sharing of Information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share information with your dog's veterinarian or a co-trainer when directly relevant to your dog's care, and only with your knowledge. We may disclose information if required to do so by law.

Data Retention

We retain information you submit for as long as reasonably necessary to provide our services and maintain training records, or until you request deletion.

Your Rights

Depending on where you are located, you may have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information. Clients in Türkiye may exercise their rights under the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK); clients in the EU/UK may exercise rights available under GDPR; California residents may exercise rights available under the CCPA/CPRA; clients elsewhere may contact us directly. Children's Privacy

This website is intended for adults arranging dog training services and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
